Based in Hever, Kent we celebrated 25 years of trading in 2010.

We are proud to offer a prompt, professional and personal service, coupled with high quality workmanship  and attention to detail. We undertake building maintenance contracts, pro-active, re-active maintenance and emergency call out works. We are fully insured, have a waste carrier's licence and also hold safecontractor, Vetted Contractor and Contractor Plus accredition confirming our achievement of a high level of Health and safety competency.

While the majority of our work in is London and the South east, we also travel throughout thecountry for larger works and contracts. We have recently been awarded national contracts by Fix Uk the largest owner of trade parks and trade centres in the UK.

Our existing clients vary from managing agents and private individuals to main contractors and local authorities, with with work ranging from simple call outs to major re-furbishments and building projects. We have our own employees and also use approved sub-contractors, giving us access to a range of qualified tradesmen whose services we utilise on a regular basis. This enables us to effectively manage a large and varied workload with the resources available to undertake most areas of work within the construction industry.
